Roles and Responsibilities

Planning, organizing and implementation of training of Diagnostic Centres, Doctors, Coordinators, Calling agents and Supervisors

• Conducting periodic training and assessment and upskilling the staff as per the given protocols
• Coordinate with the hubs for synchrony of the training and adherence of the schedule
• Continuous evaluation of trainings for the staff and generating training needs
• Percolating good understanding of Clinical Processes, Insurance and related policies & National Programs through the Training programs
• Preparing skill-will metrics and profiling of the trained staff
• Implementation and maintenance of complete quality assurance mechanism as per the set protocols by periodic audits on all the Processes
• Generation of monthly performance report on the quality of service delivery.
• To work under guidance of the Quality Manager for Supervision of adherence to the Health policies and Clinical Guidelines of the Healthcare delivery

• Should be proficient in Hindi and English and any one regional language. (Optional Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu)

Selection Process: The selection will be on the basis of Interview.
