Role & responsibilities Daily morning meeting with Line supervisors for the process defects & its analysis. Fitment trial tests of the components with the Relation gauges, PY check,-Line Audits with Process parameters / specifications, Process Audits as per frequency. -Poison Test & Opr Observance, Parts Inspection Monitoring, and DI requirement fulfilment, Attend Customer Issues, Problem Solving Technique, FOA / MOA/LOA, Documentation Knowledge, Knowledge about SPC/MSA, Rejection analysis & countermeasure
