JOB IDENTIFICATION: Executive/Sr.Executive/Asst.Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1 To coordinate and monitor activities related to QA Office basic requirements.
2 To monitor and update QA Department Records
- Files
- Register
- Forms
- Soft copy
3 To prepare / amend / distribute Documents.
4 To coordinate with identified Quality coordinators.
5 To update the QCO list once in a month.
6 To codify and update Hospital Records and to update it monthly.
7 To conduct periodical Internal Quality Audit once in 4 months.
8 To monitor Medical Documentation (Case Sheet) compliance by all concerned.
9 To carry out the following for standards of ISO / NABL / NABH / JCIA / OTHERS etc.
- a. System Study (weekly 5 Standards)
- b. Gap List preparation
- c. Document and Records Preparation / Amendment / Distribution
- d. Training and follow up
- e. Implementation
- f. Internal Quality Audit
- g. Corrective Action
10 To create, implement, collect data and prepare monthly report on Quality Indicators.
11 To coordinate activities related to various Committees meeting.
12 To collect data on Minutes of Meeting from all departments.
13 To identify infrastructure deficiencies, if any
14 To coordinate Continuous Quality Improvement activities
15 To prepare and update Facility Manual.
16 To prepare and update Department Manuals.
17 To monitor Record keeping audit done by Executive QA.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILL SET
- Knowledge of hospital accreditation process and Quality Concepts
- Knowledge of Application of Quality Tools
- Proficient in MS Office.
