Roles and responsibilities

Picking up right samples for audit based on criteria provided.

Meeting audit numbers as per teamwork agreement

Auditing cases and sharing feedback on error identified (if any) and get confirmation on correction of error made on Same day

Working with operations to get appropriate root cause and solutions to avoid recurrence on error identified 24 to 48 hrs. (Business days)

Conducting team huddle and sharing common consensus with the team

Updating the audit tracker with appropriate details with no duplications and incorrect entry

Notifying reporting manager immediately when any Integrity, L1 issue identified On Occurrence

Sharing leave planner with reporting manager 1st day of month

Sharing process/system improvement ideas and best practice

Identify and remedy defects within the process.

Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.

Compile and analyze statistical data.
