QA Automation

• The Software Engineer QA will ensure quality assurance support to the development, maintenance, enhancement of application solutions through testing, problem analysis, participation in system implementation, analyze requirements and creates test data to ensure new and revised systems meet user needs. The incumbent will define and document the scope of QA testing required on projects and direct the work of the QA test team. The incumbent must ensure tasks are completed on a timely basis and conform to specification within standardized best practices
• Participate in designing and maintaining the organizations automation framework and infrastructure.
• Provide automation estimation and help scheduling the same during new application development or enhancement/modification.
• Participate in reviewing business requirements. Functional specifications and design documents. Come up with automation ideas and scope based on the scope of testing needed for applications. Generate time and cost estimates.
• Create automated tests as per the existing automation framework using current company tools and technologies using C# ,Selenium and Java.
• Help is creating a CI/CD environment to enable frequent and scheduled execution of tests with strong Java knowledge.
• Help executing the planned and automated tests, as needed.
• Participate in POCs and reviewing new tools to enable the organization to always use cutting edge technology.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :

Minimum Required Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical area; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Required Experience: 4 years to 8years (relevant) related experience in testing and automation.

Desirable Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or other technical area; and 2+ years’ experience in large technical environments.

Must have experience in Selenium using Java.

Knowledge of SQL
