Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose : To have good knowledge of medicine, procurement of the medicine and Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchase, Materials.

Good analysis skills with better understanding of requirements.

Purchase and Procurement of Material.

Looking for Purchase executive with Min 3 years of experience in the same field.

Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.

Ensuring statutory & other compliance Version Software.

Processing of Material Indents, Co-ordination with site team, BOQ/ Enquiries floating to suppliers, Taking Quotations from suppliers, Nagotiation and Material follow-ups.

Research potential vendors.

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Review quality of purchased products.

Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
