Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leadership - Project Planning and Project Scheduling.
• Strategy - Driving Market studies and other Key Project initiatives to define the project scope.
• Relationships - Build relationships with City, Clients, developers, 3rd party consultants and get the required permits & approvals for the project.
• Controls - Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.
• Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
• Coordinate with various legal vehicles to obtain Real Estate information and inputs required for approvals of their Real Estate Transactions.
• Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.
• Monitor and control the budget for the area to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
  
  
  Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good knowledge of Pre-Construction management and permitting process.
• Bachelor/Master in Construction management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experienced in Vendor management and follow up and achieve the project deadlines
• The job pays a good fixed salary plus Incentives on achievement of targets.
• Incumbent shall have good communication and computer skills.
• Multitasker with Excellent Communication skills.
• Strong team player strong interpersonal skills.
• Very Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Experience in night shift (US Timing).
• Internet Savvy - Use Online Tools.
• Experience in US Real Estate will be an advantage.
