Roles and Responsibilities

• as per site requirements deployment of Sub Contractor Manpower & Rental Machineries
• Sales Projection Month wise
• Prepare Installation WBS and send it to Estimation for Activity Rate,
• Prepare WO & send it to Accounts for Approval
• Issue Work Order and WO Acceptance from Sub-Contractor
• verification of SRN, Obtaining approval on Reworks. Installation reconciliation statement
• Submit all Labour purchase tax invoices to accounts departments
• Subcontractors Payment Follow-up with accounts team. Payments are processed as per PI/ COP against deployments.
• Relationship Building with Subcontractors - Improve the service support for different types of work like FAS, FPS, CCTV, Access Control, Railway Jobs, Civil Work, and Rental Machinery (Boom Lift, Scaffoldings)
• Record Assets (Office Container, Groove Machine, Threading machine, sheets requirement for material store) - To Avoid the Un-necessary Purchase the new assets & remobilization of Old Assets wherever required (if available)
• Planning of manpower deployment as per projects requirements, Updation of Manpower resource deployment with Closure Dates
• Small Size Project / Mock-up Execution as per drawings
• Submit DC / Invoice OC Copy to the accounts department
• Coordinates with every department (Design, Accounts, Purchase, HR) for project issues like drawings, DC, bills, ERP issues, Stock Reconciliation, Labour Compliance documents)
• Projects Team Expenses checking and Obtaining approval from DGM to submit to the accounts department (Debit to ensure appropriate vendor )
