Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting to Country Management and Global Finance Teams including analytical inputs to control and drive performance.
• Experience of Contract Finance and Opex Management and dealing with respective stakeholders.
• Drive the creation and operation of reliable, timely and consistent financial reporting systems and processes for external & internal stakeholders
• Establish and operate a robust financial planning assessment and forecasting system
• Financial analysis enabling the business to improve Topline and Bottomline of Business unit.
• Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company's portfolio of businesses.
• Interfacing with senior business leaders, gathering requirements and defining project road map.
• Interpreting financial data for determining past financial performance & projecting the financial probability of companies and ensuring that the financial information is presented clearly, consistently and on time.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process, providing strategic financial leadership to the business.
• Drive the Annual Goal Setting & Budgeting exercise by providing accurate data and analysis.
• Drive projects for achievement of financial objectives of the company.
• Establish strong internal control and compliance systems.
• Create a motivated team, supervise and review performance on an ongoing basis.
