Job description:
- Maintaining minimum inventory of clean room consumables, items, and spares of equipment’s.
- Taking approval / Line clearance from the QA department before starting of each manufacturing activity.
- Intimation to Engineering department regarding calibration activities.
- Prior intimation to QA and QC departments regarding the batch manufacturing.
- Ensure the activities being done as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Retaining of data / reports of each equipment of the production process.
- Ensure the in-process samples have been removed at each production stage in coordination with IPQA team as per the schedule.
- Online completion of batch records and logbooks.
- Monitoring of clean room environmental conditions like temperature, differential pressures, and relative humidity levels.
- Immediate information to supervisor in case any anomalies found in the process.
- Attending trainings like on job, cGMP, External.
- Co-ordination with training cell, updating the training records, training matrix of the department as per the schedule.
