- Identifying opportunities for value creation through digital transformation within the organization through understanding of stakeholder business goals, current processes and constraints, customer journeys and business roadmap.
- Strategically collaborate and co-create impactful digital transformation programs along with BU leadership team across geographies, taking ownership of last mile delivery on time within budget
- Design product roadmap for key digital products across Branded Markets transforming the way to solve problems using digital interventions & analytics (Short term and long term)
- Collaborate with Branded Markets Business and Vertical team with a product thinking - Understanding of business requirements and As-Is process mapping for arriving upon a To-Be process.
- Drive change management to engage leadership to sponsor and steer digital initiatives by defining value proposition/key performance metrices.
- Enable bottoms-up adoption of digital initiatives, through simplifying jobs to be done, simplifying trainings, and ensuring execution support with Business teams
- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypotheses and decide the best strategy to enhance the product.
- Monitor & improve governance, adoption & key performance metrices of digital programs along with BU leadership to ensure value realization and look for improvement’s opportunities
- Identify operational risks and enable team to drive issues to resolution, balancing multiple priorities.
- Contribute to areas of innovation across market by bringing in new age tech solutions to help solve critical business challenges & pain points
- Adherence to Digital Product/ Solution Development best practices and processes such as Design Thinking & Agile Scrum for ensuring optimum program outcomes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise - Hands on experience of new age technologies like, eCommerce, Order Management System, Procure to pay systems, CRM, Marketing Technology, Chatbots, AI/ML, Cloud, AR/VR, Mobile apps, Low code, etc.
- Agile based project management
- Design thinking, UI/UX expertise is required
- Innovative thinking and co-creation ability (Able to see through opportunities: Zoom in & out)
- Knowledge of Pharma landscape is a plus to have
- Excellent oral & written Communication, presentation and articulation skills

- Ability to manage Stakeholders (Mid to senior level) and a self-driven person

- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines
- Master’s/MBA with overall 4-8 years of experience with 3+ years of experience in Product management or Digital Transformation role across Pharma/ Healthcare /FMCG /Consulting /Technology
- Understanding of emerging digital technologies, having MarTech Strategy and implementation experience is a plus
- Proven success in driving Digital & Analytics / Platforms / Digital Product development and management in Healthcare, Pharma and Medical Devices etc...
- Candidates with good educational pedigree from organizations of repute.
