Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

What you’ll achieve

As an eCommerce Product Manager focused on Dell's B2B customer onboarding experience, this role represents an incredible opportunity to address a customer base that is an area of high interest for Dell. We are focused on building scalable solutions that provide our internal users simplicity, agility and control through effortless self-service & collaboration capabilities.

This product supports Dell’s global eCommerce platform that is live in 40+ countries, including the US, United Kingdom, Germany, France, China, Japan, India, and Canada, serving thousands of business customers in multiple languages and currencies. In 2021 we reached $27 billion+ in annualized revenue. In 2022, as we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced product managers and creative problem solvers with technical backgrounds who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

As a PM at Dell you thrive by creating capabilities that make a difference to our internal & external customers and drive business value through technology. You love solving complex problems by collecting and synthesizing data, working with talented engineers, designers, analysts and additional stakeholders to build scalable solutions and deliver measurable customer value.


You also excel at leading 360 degrees without direct authority and are effective in aligning team members and stakeholders around shared set of objectives to drive the right product and customer experience.

Specifically, this Product Manager will:

  • Own the customer onboarding product roadmap supporting Dell's enterprise B2B customers, working with stakeholders across the company

  • Demonstrate deep user empathy for B2B customers; advocate for the customer through excellent verbal, and written communication to stakeholders; and collaborate with engineers and designers as part of small co-located teams

  • Breakdown complex problems into simple solutions, find opportunities and focus on data-driven approaches to accelerate the product configuration management experience

Essential Requirements

  • Typically 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 4+ years with a master’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with lean startup, agile development and user-centered design methodologies; experience articulating and testing product hypotheses

  • Experience launching e-commerce products using data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytical insights effectively to both IT and business leadership & executive audiences

Desirable Requirements

  • Proven experience working on a world-class product

  • MBA or master’s degree in Engineering or Sciences preferred

  • Experience in the B2B industry with exposure to strategic procurement practices and processes

  • Exposure to onboarding, login, or identity management related products preferred preferred
