The Data Center Sales, Technical BDM (Global Alliances, India) role will be responsible for managing the largest and most strategic Global Alliance Partners. The role will manage a portfolio within the Singapore Market – interaction will be long term strategic, involve both technical and senior leadership relationship management.
He/she will be able to successfully connect technology solutions to address both partner and customer priorities to achieve business outcomes, whilst delivering superior experience and achieving sales goals. The Technical BDM leads a team across both virtually and cross functionally, effective communication and collaboration is key.
Technology focus will be on Compute / Networking / HCI / related Services & Consulting with a focus on workloads and outcome-based selling.Generally assigned to several Global Alliance Partnerskey success criteria include strong technical & consultative skills, and expertise both influencing and selling through and with partners.

Role and Responsibilities
Successfully manage the complexities of partner sales ecosystem.
Propose and develop key customer product solutions
Generate new business opportunities while maintaining relationship with existing business
Communicate regularly with customers to deepen relationship and trust with Dell
Proactively customize solutions based on customer needs and pain points
Liaise closely with other internal sales functions to create overall strategy for named Global Alliance Partners
Qualifications
8-10 years of Outside Sales experience from high tech industry
Knowledge of Dell products/solutions or similar experience
Experience working with Global Alliance Partners / Partner Sales / Channel Sales is a must
Cross-functional experience: comfortable working with other sales and marketing functions
Fluent English ability
Flexible, agile and able to adapt to rapidly changing environment
