Product Analysis Internship Fresher's job

About the internship/job:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand remote sales, SaaS business model, and churn analysis

2. Measure & maintain insightful spreadsheets on customers' billing information

3. Analyze & examine the accounts of ex-customers and determine why they left

4. Talk & set up and conduct interviews with unexplainable cases for further discussion 5. Predict & apply the knowledge gathered to predict when/why customers might leave 6. Present & make sure we can benefit from your work by making regular presentations

Who can apply:

Only those students or freshers can apply who:

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• have relevant skills and interests
• can start the internship between 4th May'21 and 8th Jun'21
• are available for duration of 3 months
• have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
• Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply

Other requirements:

Should have experience in spreadsheets, investigative mindset, critical thinking, business communication Expertise in SQL, MERN Stack, and ELK Stack will be plus
