What would you do?Primary Responsibility for activities assigned in PTP domain for all specific processes- Invoice Processing / Handling end to end, T&E processing, supplier query handling (straight forward queries) Ensure the defined processed is followed and the accurate outcome is achieved.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:
Validate all Input Requirements (as per DTP) required to perform for the specific task.
If all valid information is not received, take action to reject/respond, to collate all required information/notify requestor.
Initiate approvals required as per defined process.
Follow defined escalation process in case responses are not received.
As applicable, manually track / update status in respective trackers.
Process PO, Non-PO Invoices by checking all relevant input fields accurately
Ensure two-way and three-way matching of invoices
Follow DTP to ensure no deviation
Ensure all checks & controls are followed while posting invoices
Complete 100 % of volumes allocated on daily basis with more than 99% accuracy
Ensure invoices are sent to right approvers, timely follow up to ensure on time postings
Comply with the SLA/TAT for the invoice handling All PTP Activities:
Comply with TAT and Accuracy as per SLA / operations metrics
Accounting Knowledge of the Transactions performed.
End to end Process knowledge to Handle supplier queries related to all PTP Activities.
Understand the Process Controls and ensure 100% Adherence to them.
Team Lead and Back up associate should be kept in loop for any process changes and support any Process Document updates.
Should play supporting role during audits
Should have active participation in team meetings, Employee Engagements.
Should contribute toward process improvement ideas.
Adhere to HR policies.
Be aware of the Risk and Compliance requirements and execute as per defined processes/controls.

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
