• Review & analyse spend data to identify leavers and make annual sourcing strategy. Strategy may include following, but not limiting to.
  • o Alternate Vendor Development
  • o Executing Supply Agreements
  • o Coordinating for Quality Agreements
  • o Making Annual Rate Contracts for majority of Runners & Repeaters.
• Responsible for executing the plan along with procurement team and deliver desired outcomes.
• Make periodic performance assessments of vendors.
• Coordinate for Digitalisation Initiations.
• Enable management reviews by effective MIS.
• Compliance to Audit requirements, both Internal and External.
• Manage Vendor & Material Qualifications for all relevant Direct Material’s

Academic Background and Experience

• Should be Graduate in any discipline with MBA.
• 5-8 years of experience in Planning, Sourcing and Procurement.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office Excel and e-procurement tools.
• Strong Business & Finance acumen.

Key performance Indicators:

• Improve Supply performance of Direct Materials
• Improve productivity of procurement team
• Cost savings against budget.
• Compliance to GMP, GDP, Statutory & SOX requirements.
