Principal Product Development Manager – CyberSecurity, Agile, Release mgmt

Dell Technologies is currently looking for an experienced Principal Product Development Manager to perform complete release management to deliver the entire lifecycle from product definition and planning through to production and release. You will play a key role in driving execution of security automation epics pertaining to identity an access management (IAM) solutions, MFA, key management and other security solutions. As Product Development Manager, you will be responsible to monitor, coordinate engineering efforts to successfully deliver best quality products and solutions on time. You will represent Engineering in various forums like core team and executive program review committees to present release status. You will work with dependent teams to perform risk management and to align releases for early adaptation. You will oversee agile process and run agile scrums as needed. You will work and interact regularly with Engineering, cyber security technologist, product marketing and other product teams to perform and support targeted security release vehicles to further mature ISG products cyber defense capabilities.

You will:

• Perform end-to-end release management from product definition, driving effort estimation, scheduling, monitoring and tracking development and QA efforts to production and publishing artifacts
• Represent engineering in various forums to present sprint status
• Interlock with other engineering, product technologists, marketing, and dependent teams to drive execution rigor and clear hurdles for scrum teams
• Be agile champion and coach team with best agile practices and run release planning and retrospect meeting to drive efficiency
• Work with different functional teams to help engineering teams to release products and solutions on time with quality
• Be process champion and provide feedback to follow best practices

Essential Requirements:

• Working experience of release management and product delivery for at least 3+ years
• Prior development experience using any of the programming language like C, C++ / Java, J2EE / Python, Golang, Scripting is preferred
• Have complete understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in project management with abilities to create dashboards and presentations
• Must have good oral and written communication
• In-depth understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies and running scrum and scrum of scrum meetings

Desirable Requirements:

• Have understanding of CyberSecurity technology areas such as IAM, MFA, STIG, SMAL and OIDC
• 10+ years of experience
• Educational Qualification (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS/MCA)
