Pre Sales/ Tele Sales Executive- Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities •Explain to the customers about the properties.
• Build good Working relationships with Subordinates.
• Making outbound calls as per the guidelines of the organisation. Capturing leads, qualifying them, and then routing such leads to sales for effective closure. Responsible to ensure a call conversion to a Site Visit.
• Ensure calling on leads provided by the company.
• Build a good Working relationships with Clients.
• Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.
• Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till the accomplishment
• Maintaining and organizing list of potential leads.
• Source new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
• Supporting marketing activities through Emails & Calls.
• Meeting the internal targets and goals assigned with in the team.
• Maintain daily call details and database.
• Fixing up meeting & explain about the projects.
• Convincing clients on property investment & its benefit.
• Communicate with client to identify their requirement & choice of property.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
• Minimum 2 Years experience in Real Estate in Pre sales is mandatory
• Fluent in English, Hindi Marathi
• Should be able to work with a Team.
• Knowledge of Real Estate is must
• Expertise in Promoting the products
• Good at Customer follow-up
• Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
