Job Details

Job Description:

  • Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him/her.
  • Use field data for assigned markets to identify brand/pack gaps in the territory.
  • Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme.
  • Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
  • Ensure regular updating of sales MIS and update the reporting officer on daily basis.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures on regular basis.

Daily Activities

  • Merchandising
  • Right range to be displayed in the cooler with proper facing
  • Ensure it is placed according to FIFO
  • Put stock in the coolers to ensure that chilled stock is available
  • Ensure 100% charging of the cooler
  • Ensure a full range of SKUs are made available
  • Ensure Visi sells only PepsiCo SKUs
  • Identify gaps in range availability and sell in the required SKUs

Minimum 10+2 with 3 months of relevant experience in the industry(FMCG)
Location: Hyderabad
Gender: Male or Female

CTC: 10000 to 15000 per month
Incentive: 1000 to 7000 per month
