Job Description:
- Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him/her.
- Use field data for assigned markets to identify brand/pack gaps in the territory.
- Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme.
- Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
- Ensure regular updating of sales MIS and update the reporting officer on daily basis.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures on regular basis.
Daily Activities
- Merchandising
- Right range to be displayed in the cooler with proper facing
- Ensure it is placed according to FIFO
- Put stock in the coolers to ensure that chilled stock is available
- Ensure 100% charging of the cooler
- Ensure a full range of SKUs are made available
- Ensure Visi sells only PepsiCo SKUs
- Identify gaps in range availability and sell in the required SKUs
Minimum 10+2 with 3 months of relevant experience in the industry(FMCG)
Location: Hyderabad
Gender: Male or Female
CTC: 10000 to 15000 per month
Incentive: 1000 to 7000 per month
