We are looking for FEMALE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, PR (PUBLIC RELATIONS) & COMMUNICATION MANAGER. kokoroko Media Pvt Ltd, A first-its-kind-ecosystem in India for the industry of Media & Entertainment. Based out Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities

• Call handling for Whatsuridea portal, MakeMyFilm (video production & video marketing company).
• Managing all Public Relation Activities, Brand Connection & communications
• Presentations Presenting for Clients
• Models, Artists & locations Coordinating and database maintaining.
• Team member of the Screening team at Whatsuridea
• Coordinating Pre-Production, Production & Post Production work
• Monitoring the shooting work & budget planning and playouts.
• Location scouting & recce and maintaining database.
• Traveling across India or outside the country for business and shoot related trips
• Preparing Daily Tasks for the team. Collection of reports & Document management
• Lead generation & closure for our Whatsuridea platform, MakeMyFilm, Goviralll, rarer & appstan wings.
• Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
• Maintaining existing media relations and cultivating new contacts with businesses
• Organize PR events and serve as the companys spokesperson
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests
• Prepare and submit PR Reports
• Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) and maintain open communication with various departments
• Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
• Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
• Meet with customers/clients face to face or virtually
• Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
