Plant Engineer - Utilities Fresher's job

• Maintain Life Cycle Management (Planned Maintenance/ Heath Reports/Validation) of utility systems and upkeep the utility generation facility/equipment for anytime audit inspection.
• Operation of utility generation systems through contract resources as per operational SOP's
• Able to read & understand schematics/drawings/develop maintenance & troubleshoot guides
• Analyze utility systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
• Design testing procedures and control equipment to accurately assess products and identify areas that require modification and further testing.
• Communicate directly with production team for requirements and operational environments in order to evaluate cost & feasibility.
• S/F ratio optimization
• Understanding of Automation, Calibrations, Quality Systems and regulatory expectations.
