Plant Engineer - Mechanical

• Maintains health of bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and provide a safe working environment.
• Maintain & troubleshoot of bio process equipment (Bioreactors/ Centrifuges/ Autoclaves/ TFF Systems/ Mixing Vessels/ Chromatography Systems/ Freezers/ Cold Room/ Pass Box/ LAFU/BSC and etc,.)
• Maintain & trouble shoot of vial filling machine/ lyophilizer/ terminal sterilizer/ packaging equipment/ Parts washer/ Pre Filled Syringe/ Mixing Vessels and etc.
• Maintain Life Cycle Management (Planned Maintenance/ Heath Reports/Validation) of equipment/facility and upkeep the facility/equipment for anytime audit inspection.
• Able to read & understand schematics/drawings/develop maintenance & troubleshoot guides
• Support operations by developing operating set points and the appropriate measurement techniques for operators.
• Commissioning & Qualification of facility/equipment/utility
• Participate in equipment operations risk assessment & root cause analysis
