Plant Engineer - Instrumentation & Automation

• Maintains health of Instruments of process equipment / utilities and Lab equipment.
• Ensuring the calibration compliance to NIST standards and adhering to the planned schedules
• Managing the calibration activities through SAP modules and ensuring all time readiness.
• Knowledge of networks/GAMP Standards/ ISA S88
• Maintain Life Cycle Management (Planned & Preventive Maintenance/ Heath Reports/Validation) of equipment/facility and upkeep the facility/equipment for anytime audit inspection.
• Able to read & understand schematics/drawings/develop maintenance & troubleshoot guides
• Commissioning & Qualification of facility/equipment/utility with respect to Instrumenation & Automation
• Participate in equipment operations risk assessment & root cause analysis
• Troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal.
• Understanding of Plant Automation, Calibrations, Plant mainitenance, process manufacturing, Quality Systems and regulatory environment.
• Managing user access for Automation systems.
• Periodic time synchronization, manual data backup and audit trial reviews
• Knowledge of automation & network design
