If so, the Worldwide Operations Talent Acquisition Recruiting Planning & Analysis (RP&A) team is looking for a Planning Analyst. This is a new role that requires an individual with strong analytical, forecasting, and influencing skills.

Planning Analysts integrate the external hiring and internal talent movement picture, aligning multiple stakeholder teams as they develop strategies for executing to business growth. In this role, you will seek to understand strategic business objectives to develop Hiring Demand Plans. Your work has a direct link to the organization's growth and transformation over time.

Key job responsibilities
* Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and multiple support teams to understand headcount demand, business strategy and provide insights from data analytics.
* Build and implement Hiring Demand Plans for EMEA Operations Talent Acquisition that will allow supported organizations to scale in response to customer demand.
* Create external hiring and internal movement targets for our business; utilizing historical organizational performance, forecasts, and insights on strategic talent strategies
* Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Talent Management, HR, and Building Launch teams to review, maintain and update plans.
* Utilize actual headcount and planning data to reconcile and reforecast hiring plans on a monthly basis.
* Mitigate headcount risks by managing dependencies across multiple teams. Clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track expectations.
* Support monthly review cadences for hiring plan reconciliation and reforecasting.
* Analyze drivers of forecast misses and partner with tech teams to continuously improve forecasting.
*Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years experience in workforce planning, human capital management, organizational strategy, talent acquisition/recruiting, and/or analytics
  • 4+ years of experience working with and presenting to executive audiences
  • 4+ years experience working with and drawing insights from raw data & data visualizations
  • Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and charting
  • Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrate analytic and data management capabilities and reporting presentation of complex data
  • Advanced excel skills including index/match, lookups, Macros and VBA
  • Previous experience in standing up workforce planning capabilities for an organization
  • Solid understanding of people metrics with ability to explain the data insights to business partners
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, problem solving skills, and team-orientated philosophy
