Excellent communication in English and Hindi. (No deviation in this parameter) Have Basic Knowledge of Medicine Rapport building skills Job Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound sales. Digitization of orders taken for medicine. Educate patient about Medlife product and upsell it. Convince patients for E-Consultation with Medlife. Maintain the tracker of orders taken.
