Pharmacist Fresher's job

• Responsible for doing the negotiation for regular medicines, surgical items etc. with the vendors.
• Responsible for maintaining inventories on system at the levels set as per the judgment of supply chain ensuring that there is no overstocking or stock out, as no medicine requisition is denied or delayed.
• To ensure that purchase requisitions are raised in time so that the material can be procured at the right time.
• Responsible for the stocks of all consignment items.
• Responsible for the performance in terms of achieving complete customer satisfaction with prompt & accurate delivery of medication.
• To formulate and implement departmental standard operating protocols, policies and procedures.
• Taking care of all expiry products on the monthly basis so that it can be taken out from the inventory on the quarterly basis.
• Observing and if required rejecting from the stock all the non-moving products.
• Responsible for tracking new drugs.
• Basic duty to maintain the stock register.
• Responsible for Checking and approving the GRN and Purchase Order for medicines, consumables, etc for the regular products.
• Dealing with distributors regarding day to day issues if any, and any addition or deletion of pharmaceutical companies in the distributors portfolio.
• Meeting with Medical Representatives regarding the launch of new molecules, revision in prices of medicines, non-movement of medicines if any, etc.
