Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible to manage, direct, control and ensure smooth process of the Company’s payroll, employee benefits and the payroll operations. Ensures payroll is processed on time and accurately as per the SLA.
• Maintain special payroll data in payroll system such as social security data, tax data, court orders, advances, and withholdings, gross up, sick pay adjustments, time/workplace related pay elements such as disability, substitution, shift allowances, call-in and required manual calculations required.
• Check and evaluate Gross to net calculation and conduct internal audits. Data consistency check, correction and data exchange/monitoring HR CORE outbound and inbound (pay results, if applicable.
• Monitors payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Plays key role in the ‘lock & unlock’ process of critical data within HR Core.
• Check the payroll results (e.g whether an employee received overtime payments in the past payroll periods). Execute reports for individual employees, to check the bank details or payments and deductions for an employee.
• Supports the Payroll Admin in completing payroll operations for the purpose of ensuring the timely and accurate payroll generation.

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Manage daily operations and complete the task as per require TAT.Consistently delivery results in terms of quality of outputs and Achieve 100% in the compliance area
• Preparation of ad hoc reports as required. Check payroll and employee benefits to ensure legislative & company internal compliance. Assists auditors for the purpose of providing supporting documentation and/or information on internal process that is required for audit
• Coordinate with Compliance vendor for Challan submission, return filling and inspections with ESIC, LWF, PT, etc. Provide accounting support to Divisional Finance personnel (FRA) on JV Accounting and Reporting.
• Coordinate with the Divisional SPOC for payroll related queries, reports and full & final settlements.
• Coordinates schedules and conducts training sessions for departmental payroll representatives to explain payroll policies and procedures, state regulations and laws. Service provider management / Team management
Desirable requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience and need to be Proficiency in English - other languages are an advantage
• 10+ Years of hands on experience in India Payroll Management along with other APAC countries is required and experience in managing US Payroll will be an added advantage
