- Any Graduate with minimum 1+ Years of experience in payment posting, credit balance & refunds.
- Should have a mandatory knowledge in credit balance & refunds.
- Must have the ability to Independently evaluate explanation of payments for patient accounts and understand correspondence based on knowledge of policy and personal discretion
- Accurately post or record information regarding collection receipts
- Processes and files information regarding collection receipts
- Files correspondence, records, and reports
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
