Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in global operations in an extended workforce business/shared services environment and in client-facing, sales or customer service roles.
- Experience in vendor management, in running third-party or global in-house contact center operations and in executing extended workforce projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with executives in a fast-paced environment and/or with cross functional, cross geographical stakeholders.
- Experience in project/program management, customer service, process quality and process optimization.
- Experience managing operational budgets, optimizing costs, and negotiating contracts with managed service providers.
- Ability to set operational and quality targets, measure and report outcomes, track and scale successes, root-cause problems in design/execution and ensure business impact.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and deadlines with a high tolerance for ambiguity.

As a Partner Operations Manager for Content Curation, you will manage scaled extended workforce Ads content operations across multiple Google Ads products. You will lead its global operations spanning multiple delivery locations and will be responsible for working closely with the relevant Managed Service Partners, Engineering and Product teams as a trusted advisor and partner in delivering the desired business outcome. You will partner with Program Managers to provide scaled yet agile operational support to our internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with the highest standards for quality.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain robust global operations while working closely with global teams, manage end-to-end service delivery, including site operations and stakeholder management for the designated service offerings and locations that you are delivering services from.
- Own and drive advanced business results through vendor partners via business reviews on Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Quality, Timeliness, Cost Metrics, etc to ensure teams are meeting expectations and delivering world-class service while operating with the right talent and capabilities.
- Refine service strategy, identify opportunities to streamline and re-engineer processes in collaboration with Program Managers to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and operationalize solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Ensure contractual Service Level Agreements are adhered to, operations have robust processes around right data accesses and tight budget governance to ensure accurate and timely payments.
