Designation : Education Counsellor/ Tele sales professionals/ Outbound Sales Representative

Age Limit : 30 MAX

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for candidate counselling, cold calling, handling outbound / inbound calls, sale closure and operations.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Candidate Counselling - Counselling prospective candidates about course offerings over phone and face-to-face

2. Handling calls - 150-200 (For student Mobilization and resolving queries - Sales Calls).

3. Operational Responsibilities

- Sunday Class logistics including set-up & arrangements.

- Role of host/proctor for all students in the class

4. Update CRM, maintain data & share report as and when requested.

5. We are working from office.

Working hours:

10 A.M. - 5 P.M , Weekly off on Monday (Sunday is a working day since we do classes on Sundays)

Communication Excellency in English (Fluency in local language is must)
