HCM & Payroll Lead Consultant
• Should have hands-on experience in Fusion HCM Modules like Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor
• Minimum of around 8 to 12 years’ experience
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion
• Should have functional knowledge of HCM and Payroll modules, Master data
• Data upload using HDL, custom role creation
• Should have knowledge of Interfaces
• Should have experience in OTBI Reports, Workflow and BPM
• Good Communication & Analytical Skills
• Experience in conducting CRP sessions, workshops, End user training, system configuration etc.,
EBS experience in Payroll will be added advantage
