Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• To Assist Assistant Manager - QC on day-to-day QC operational issues.
• Prepare and approve the NDE procedure as per norms, and customer requirements.
• Perform inspections using NDE, PMI, OES, Hardness, Painting, Testing instruments and equipment's on parts and components and finished products used in the thought the product realization process.
• Preparation & documentation of MTC, NDE & Test Reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification with experience on the same field with NDE Level III qualified as per ASNT, PCN, or EN.
• Minimum of 3+ years Quality Control experience in Inspection or similar field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of instruments, equipment is and Gauges.
• NDE Level II in minimum 2 NDE methods.
• NDE level II
• Radiographic film interpretation (RFI), Ultrasonic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing & Visual Testing.
