CSBB Operations, delivers a diverse set of foundational operational and contact center services for the enterprise and to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers, providing stability, scalability, and security for Wells Fargo. Services include deposits, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, account reconciliation, wire transfers, cash vault and lockbox services, print and image services, unclaimed property processing, legal order processing, estate care, and voice, email, chat, and social media services for consumer and small business customers.
About the Role
You will work under Retail Core Operations (RCO) as part of CSBB Ops (legacy PVSI Operations) group of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A
Deposit Document Review team at Wells Fargo India will review customer and account documentation for new and existing deposit accounts to ensure signatures, tax certification, and supporting legal documentation is received and meets legal, regulatory and policy requirements.
The role would require working in a team of Operations Processors & Senior Operations Processors to fulfill work type requirement & meet service level agreement as defined by the business for Issue & Inquiry Resolution.
Responsibilities
- An Operations Processor will perform a variety of moderately complex to complex operational tasks.
- Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure.
- Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems.
- Duties may include - receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, entering transactions into systems, verifying with accuracy; resolving complex customer/client requests using multiple resources and records.
- Along with eye to detail, Operations Processor must gain comfort working in volume driven environment.
- Preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures.
- Exercise some judgment within guidelines.
- Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to process or function
- Acts as escalation point for new hired processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed.
Essential Qualifications- University degree in Business, Commerce or any other discipline
- Experience of 1.5-3 years in banking/Financial Services operations
- Good knowledge of Deposit Products
- Strong analytical skills with eye to details
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Flexible with working in US operational hours i.e. India night shifts
Desired Qualifications- Quality-Oriented. Demonstrates high-level of attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Working knowledge in quality or with back-office processing experience or its equivalent
- College graduate, preferably in Commerce.
- Experience with Deposit Products, US transactional processes covering US day i.e. India night hours are highly recommended.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- 10-key numerical data entry experience
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- DIPR, Hogan and SQN experience will be an added advantage.
