Job Summary
As an Operations Associate in Enquero’s Global Operations unit you will collaborate with management in order to enable measurable difference in Business Operations. You will leverage your wide range of experiences, developed professional concepts as well as understanding of the industry, customer and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways. This is a role within the organization where you will hold the bottom line for Enquero’s success within your practice/customer/customer portfolio.
Your passion for operations, conceptualizing and delivering quality solutions while managing a team; coupled with your ability to manage expectations and relationship on daily basis will be instrumental for success.
Your ability to works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends, challenges and opportunities. Act as a trusted partner to Enquero’s leadership team to help ideate solutions to their unique challenges, and assist the leadership team to execute on the joint vision leveraging available joint resources at hand. Follow processes and policies and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while building and leading effective teams and diversifying your own knowledge in the areas broader than your programs/assignments will define success in this role.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Playing an active role in problem solving, including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
- Implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Creating a continuous improvement culture within the operations function & other delivery business units.
- Collaborating extensively & effectively across multiple functions and geographies with all internal stakeholders - to design and drive ops metrics, mitigating risks and solving cross-functional challenges across business units & functions
- Driving operations strategy & strategic initiatives for streamlining processes.
- Developing core operations systems including but not limited to:
- Reporting and OKR/KRA tracking
- Audits and Training
- Change management
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree/ 0-1 year relevant experience
- Expert in creating Dashboard, Implementing and analysing data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Knowledge in preparing charts and graphs.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Expert in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table, HLOOKUP)
The primary responsibilities include:
- Creating & publishing HR dashboards like attrition and headcount for stakeholders
- Publishing and reporting the Bench Ageing and Demand Ageing
- Publishing the On-Notice reports on a frequent basis
- Providing MIS to multiple stakeholder on periodic and ad-hoc basis
- Develop Dashboards and Reports in accordance with requirements.
- Review for accuracy and completeness of key reports.
