Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities : Security operations managers develop and implement security policies and procedures necessary for protecting company assets against theft. They design and educate employees on emergency response action. They also implement safety regulations and procedures to minimize risk of workplace injury or death.

Drive security incident response and readiness efforts as part of a 24X 7 Security Operations Centre within the Infrastructure and Operations team, and act as a technical lead to other Security Ops team members.

Drive the arrive with the vulnerability remediation plans and execution.

Managing the 24X7 security operations team.

Responsible for monthly Billing /acknowledgement/outstanding/ and on field Client satisfactory.

Identify or Escalate issues to the seniors, if the technical delivery is not happening as per the expectations.

Any query or any kind of job dissatisfaction or any complaint must have to be discussed with CMD/ Director.

Mobilization of Manpower.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • People management activities which includes goal setting, performance reviews and Mentoring the team members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Analyze and report accurately and regularly on gaps, risks, failures, efficiencies, improvements, coverage, licensing, etc.
  • Ensure security and compliance of the systems, processes and solutions with internal standards, industry compliance standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintains a professional and effective relationship with customer representative
  • Customer on boarding and customer satisfaction
  • Assist leads and others in getting the query clarified from customer
  • Take customer feedback, analyse and suggest required changes in process and quality
