• The position is accountable for specific agreed deliverables to the Management with the primary responsibility for Designing, Managing and ensuring smooth and effective day-to-day operations and implementing best practices in Hospital Administration Practices to the development of the Patient Care, Administrative Services, Liaising, Governing Policies and Standard Operating Procedures besides evaluation of clinical programs in association with Medical Superintendent / Consultants, to deliver smart healthcare services, affordable offerings, competitive packages, cost effective operational procedures, support services and program administration for the Hospital.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Improve processes and policies to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the Management Team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by reflecting on own and team activities and making suggestions on ways to improve and enhance the teams performance and service expansion
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the Hospital.

Desired Candidates:

• Masters degree in operations management or related field.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Healthcare domain.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among the hospital’s board, managers, medical staff, and vendors.
• Excellent communication, Intellectual & Interpersonal skills
