Roles and Responsibilities
- Organizing meetings and managing databases
- Smooth running of an office
- Scheduling interviews, making phone calls, following up with people
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Tracking billing/ invoicing and managing SOWs
- Tracking payments
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelors degree. MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with written and spoken English
- Knowledge of basic Commerce/ Finance / Business concepts
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Office management / Admin
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams preferred
