. Roles and Responsibilities- manage inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients under the supervision of Specialists Obstetricians.

- To manage surgical patients from admission to discharge, under the supervision of Specialists.

- Conduct appropriate clinical examinations and can take a detailed focused history including details of current medication.

- Document clinical encounters in an accurate, complete, timely and accessible manner in compliance with legal requirements.

- List possible diagnosis and applies clinical judgements to arrive at a working diagnosis.

- Recognizes limitations and escalates care when appropriate.

- Consider views, preferences and expectations when working with patients and their families to establish patient centered management plan.

- Creates the conditions for informed consent to be given, explaining the risks and benefits of a proposed procedure or treatment.

- Understanding the founding principles of the organization.

- Should follow the human rights principles and legal issues surrounding the patient, informing about the consent and providing respectful care.

- Understands ethical principles and how these effects underlying practice.

k. Follows safety processes that exist locally.

l. Prescribes medicines, blood products and fluids correctly, accurately.

m. - Uses empathy, respect and compassion when communicating with a patient to build trust.
