RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES for QA/QC

• Should Have Good And Updated Knowledge Related To Rubber Polymers.
• Should Do Regular Testing And Develop New Formulae For Cost Cutting. And Making Products Better.
• Prepare Test Reports Of The Incoming Raw Material After Testing.
• Plan Daily Production Chart For Each Department.
• Check Safety Measures To Avoid Any Accident And Harm To Company And Staffs.
• Do Daily Checking On Floor At In-Process, And Final Process Products Stages.
• Do In-Process Testing, And Final Testing. Then Give Clearance For Dispatch Of Material.
• Generate Test Certificates For Final Products Ready For Dispatch.
• Maintain All Quality Related Documents In Proper Manner.
• Do All Documentation Work Related To BIS And ISO.
• Inspect, Test, And Sample Materials Or Assembled Parts Or Products For Defects And Deviations From Specifications.
• Handle Rejection Of Qa/Qc Issues.

• RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES for P & M:

  
  
  • Maintence Supervisor : Responsible for maintenance of hydraulics, pneumatic, gearbox, pumps, plant maintenance, etc. To propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement actions for all equipment/facilities etc. Documentation Work Related To BIS And ISO.
  • Electrical Supervisor : Reading the production drawing and preparing list of components,Snipping & crimping wires,Terminating wires as per production drawing,Avoid rework to the extent possible, Experience in wiring, cabling, busbar bending, Perform semi-skilled and unskilled duties related to the installation of a wide variety of Electrical & Electronic systems.Check and confirm that all electrical and electronic controls function as per OEM specifications and engineering drawings,Modify alternator wiring based on required voltage and frequency.Examine electrical circuitry for loose connections and broken insulation and tighten connections, using hand tools.

• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • • B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical/Electrical Freshers or 12th/ITI Pass, 2-4 Years Experience In Rubber /Any Manufactruring Company
    • Job Types : Full-Time, Regular / Permanent
    • Salary : 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 Per Month
    • Education : Any Graduate
