MIS Executive

• Publish standard reports (e.g. OTP reports) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Co-operate closely with business teams and help them with high level data analysis
• Analyze existing processes and protocols and aid in improving the IT process
• Monitor key system performance metrics daily and highlight deviations
• Suggest improvement areas to improve performance and reliability of systems and applications
• Understand the root cause of problems, trouble shoot and document the same

Required Candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of MS excel, MS word, power point
• Knowledge of SQL query will be added advantage
• Sports background preferred
