Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for creation of daily reports and dashboards for the unit operations
• Create presentations for weekly/monthly reviews
• Track of miscellaneous unit purchases and advances
• Track of off role employees daily attendance and monthly reports, to be shared with HR before payroll cut-off date
• Maintain records of monthly utility bills
• Completes other administrative work as needed.
• Maintains the confidentiality of all records

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate and Preferably male candidate
• Good Command over advanced excel, with knowledge of dashboard creations.
• Preferable experience of 1-2 years in MIS (Candidate with hospital background would be an added advantage)
• Proficiency in managing electronic medical records.
• Analytical mind set with good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
