We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our athenaIT team within our Bangalore R&D division. Your job will be to build products and services for EBA. Help us reach our goal of becoming the healthcare backbone by enhancing our cloud-based EHR solution and leveraging the network effect of 85,400+ providers. The Member of Technical Staff is responsible for delivering and supporting athenahealth’s employee collaboration solutions by partnering with business process owners and technology team members. He/she will be part of a multidisciplinary team charged with implementing enterprise business applications for athenahealth.

Job Responsibilities
- Develops, designs, configures, and tests robotic process automations using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software solutions and enabling technologies
- Performs daily administration tasks within the automation software production environment, including scheduling, monitoring Bot resources and capacity, and resolving RPA exceptions or issues
- Develops and maintains technical documentation pertaining to process automation, testing and production performance

- Overall, experience on RPA Automation Anywhere platform
- Solid experience of building & supporting Automation Anywhere Bots
- Experience in building packages on A2019
- Must have exposure to platform upgrades & migration
- Must have multiple lifecycle project experience in developing RPA bots
- Exposure to Intelligent Automation
- Exposure to middleware & infra technologies
- Good exposure on writing sql scripts, PowerShell, C#.
- Strong focus on providing service to customer
- Out of box thinking, Flexible /Critical thinking skills a must
- Able to sell concepts/design & benefits to multiple audiences
- Able to work independently & in-diverse, co-located & remote teams
