Medical Transcription / Medical Typist

Roles and Responsibilities

• To transcribe the discharge summaries dictated.
• Ensuring quality of output with marginal or zero errors.
• Ensuring the documents is submitted on time to the consultant for signatures.
• To coordinate with Nursing Team if dictation required help in interpretation.
• to do the discharge summary typing before the patient discharges
• If the hand written summary received, type and send for consultants signature.
• To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / H.S.C+ Course in Medical Transcription with experience of typing various reports having 1 - 5 years from Hospitals Industry. Working in shift duty is must.

• Must have exposure in healthcare sector (Hospital)
