Responsibilities:

1. Abilities to work in various Medical Billing PMSs.

2. Perform Coding and Billing tasks as per the client Service Level Agreement.

3. Obtain Authorization and review the same.

4. Perform Eligibility Verification via Insurance calls and web portal.

5. Perform denial and rejections follow up via Insurance calls and web portal.

6. Able to post payments by understanding EOBs and ERAs.

7. Able to examine and prepare patient statements.

8. Able to communicate with patients as per the client's standards and requirements.

Qualification & Expectations:

Education: Any graduates can apply

Typing speed: 25-30 WPM with a minimum 95% accuracy

Softwares: Major medical billing software like ECW, Office Ally, Kareo, Azalea, etc.,

Time Zone: Willing to work in US time zones.

Languages: English & Hindi (read, write & speak), speaking Spanish (Added advantage)

Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience with a positive reference from your current or previous employer.

Condition:

Candidate should be willing to sign a bond for a minimum period 1Year.
