Role Summary:
Lead the marketing analytics function for Schneider Electric India, reporting to the head of digital marketing.

Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Thorough understanding of the business, the customer, the marketing function to drive right insights

• Deep knowledge in driving insights from Salesforce CRM, Marketo, social media platforms, paid media platforms

• Experience in sales pipeline analytics, customer lifecycle analytics, media ROI, marketing channel optimization

• Thorough experience in digital marketing attribution management using cookies, pixels, UTMs etc.

• Experience in automating the BAU insights: Driving development of tools that help automate data collation and basic reporting from multiple platforms so that insights churning becomes easier and faster

• Must be able to prepare and maintain dashboards keeping the audience in mind

• Deep experience Excel and PowerPoint to generate and present insights

• Experience in Tableau is a plus

Key differentiator:

• Generation of reports is the hygiene factor for this role. Preference will be given to candidates who can drive insights from data and who can use business understanding to proactively answer the unasked questions.
