Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Professional to join our multinational corporation as a key member of our team.
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our industrial products. You will play a crucial role in driving product awareness, generating leads, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the overall success of our industrial product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for industrial products, aligned with business objectives, target markets, and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify customer segments, competitive landscape, and market trends, and use the insights to drive marketing initiatives.
- Define product positioning, value proposition, and messaging to differentiate our industrial products in the market.
- Product Launch and Promotion:
- Plan and execute product launch activities, including market introduction, collateral development, sales training, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to ensure seamless product launches and marketing initiatives including seminars and demonstrations.
- Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for industrial products.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to track lead generation, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide them with marketing support, including sales materials, training, and customer insights.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, providing customer feedback and market intelligence to influence product development and strategies.
- Marketing Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation metrics, and other key performance indicators to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting marketing achievements, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously track industry and market trends to ensure marketing strategies remain competitive and adapt as necessary.
