Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including setting appointments, making travel arrangements, and coordinating with other executives and stakeholders.
• Handle correspondence and manage email, including responding to inquiries, drafting letters and memos, and managing the CEO's inbox.
• Prepare presentations and reports, including gathering data, analyzing information, and creating clear and concise presentations.
• Conduct research and analysis, including gathering data, identifying trends, and developing insights that can be used to inform decision-making.
• Manage projects and deadlines, including setting priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, including managing files, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate setting, with a focus on administrative support or project management.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience as a Fresher

• A fresher can be considered for this role if they have a strong academic background and have demonstrated their ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
