Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Direct Sales Manager
    • 7+ years of overall with at least 3-5 year’s experience in Direct selling
    • 3-5 years in DSE/FOS/tele-sales management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition

  • Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Driving acquisitions through relevant direct sales partners / relevant direct to customer channels for defined territory - Individual contributor role
  • Channel expansion – Identify and appoint new channel partners (as per desired profile)
  • Training of partner staff
  • Performance review of partners; periodic review (monthly/quarterly)
  • Demonstrate pro-active and high initiative behavior to achieve business integrity goals
  • Provide timely and structured feedback – from DSA/ customers/ competition
