- 6 years of experience in management consulting, organizational design, and/or corporate strategy in an extended workforce/scale environment
- Experience in vendor management processes, managing global vendors in multi-year agreements and execution of extended workforce projects
- Experience with the output of contact center/field operations/tech support, including achievement of goals and metrics tracking
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives/projects in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Excellent executive presence, with an ability to interpret large data, present it in a meaningful and simple manner, and drive data-based decision making

We work with several vendor partners across the globe, and stakeholders throughout the company. We run a diversified set of operations, from call centers to technical development to translation vendors.
In this role, you will bring focus on transformational opportunities across our operations and drive continuous evolution through our vendor partners. You will work with the Scaled Operations team, vendor partners, and Product Operation and Tools teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a global, talented, and diverse team, covering activities like hiring talent, mentoring, and developing teams, rewards and recognition, performance management, and career development. Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders within and outside gUP to achieve the team’s overall vision.
- Drive transformational initiatives along with our business partners to ensure we provide optimal experiences for users though a streamlined operational landscape and self optimizing vendorization services.
- Manage and run vendor operations, managing large vendor teams and delivering on all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with seamless experience for customers and stakeholders.
- Define, launch, and drive a program to sustainably scale continuous improvement processes of our operations through our vendor partners.
