Minimum qualifications:

- 15 years of experience managing the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle for delivery of systems solutions.
- Experience with technical fluency and system implementation in one or more of the following: Go-to-Market domains, CRM, Support, and/or Marketing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce platform technologies (e.g., Apex, Lightning framework).

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations for Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud or Marketing cloud. Project manage multiple Salesforce implementations, analyze business requirements, create solution designs, and perform Salesforce configurations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and implement solutions that improve internal business processes. Work closely with application engineers to manage ongoing projects and translate business requirements into actionable solution designs, create detailed functional design, perform systems configurations, and develop test cases and test plans.
- Analyze Integration requirements and provide solution design to integrate first-party applications with Salesforce. Participate in systems implementation projects (e.g., requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
- Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals, phases, and budgets. Increase efficiencies (e.g., Faster time to Market, Lower Total Cost of Ownership) for Salesforce Hub (SHG) users.
